Frequently Asked Questions and Exclusions
Will the plan keep me healthy?
This plan provides only diagnostic and preventative treatments. You cannot be healthy if there is some form of dental disease. However, as a member you receive exclusive member savings between 5-10% on treatments.
What if I have periodontal disease?
Periodontal disease does not qualify for “regular” 2x-year cleanings to maintain optimal health. Active periodontal disease should be treated first, and preventative maintenance with our perio plan may then be a good option!
Can I combine this membership with insurance or CareCredit?
Unfortunately, our membership plan cannot be combined with insurance, CareCredit, or additional promotions.

What's the payment or refund policy?
Payment in full is required to activate your membership. Please note that once activated, membership fees are non-refundable.
Membership is valid for one year after activation. And you can just renew when you’re due!
What if I need to cancel my appointment or reschedule?
We understand that emergencies come up. We ask that you respect our team’s time and efforts and request timely notification for any changes to your appointments. Multiple cancellations or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of membership.
